FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental medicine, namely to purulent, abdominal surgery, and can be used for treating local confined peritonitis. Abscess is opened, the cavity contents are aspirated and the cavity is sanitized with furacilin. Then, physiological solution with intralipid emulsion with concentration of 0.24% is introduced into the cavity with addition of a complex of copper, zinc and iron nanoparticles in ratio 1:1:1, providing the ratio of all nanoparticles of 1 mg/ml of the obtained suspension. Simultaneously, the inner cavity is irradiated by placing into it the working end of the light guide with a diffuser with low-intensity laser radiation (LILR) in a continuous mode with wavelength of 1,064 nm and power of 14 W. Procedure is performed daily for 2 minutes with subsequent sanitation of the cavity after each procedure with normal saline. Manipulations are repeated for 10 days.

EFFECT: method provides complete suppression of pathogenic microorganisms in treating confined internal cavities of complex configuration in the shortest possible time, while reducing the risk of recurrence, does not require determination of the type of agent due to combined application of the composition of metal nanoparticles and LILR.
