FIELD: sport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physical education and sport, and is intended for interactive training in game types, for aerobic and fitness exercises. The training is carried out on the playing field with a controlled light dynamic illumination. The light dynamic illumination is created by a light emitter mounted with a video camera at a predetermined height above the playing field. Using the light dynamic illumination the permitted zones are specified, where the trainee should be. In the trainee prior to the training the amount of load is determined, corresponding to 35, 50, 75, 100 and 125% of the suitable maximum oxygen consumption. The warming-up time and the time of onset of fatigue are determined, the range of variation of heart rate (HR) during warming-up and before onset of fatigue. The hardware and software system records the duration of the threshold interpulse interval defined by the trainee. The hardware and software system puts the incoming information into memory, processes, and if the heart rate value of the trainee during warming-up is below the maximum allowable value, after the end of time of warming-up a recommendation is given to increase the intensity of load. If the heart rate value of the trainee during warming-up is higher than the maximum allowable value, the hardware and software system changes to the program of minor complexity that specifies a lower intensity of the load. The training ends when the onset of fatigue.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of control of the training athlete and the ability to change the conditions of the training process depending on the degree of preparedness, which eliminates excessive fatigue of the athlete.
