FIELD: sport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physical education and sport, and is intended for training of technical activities in game sports, in particular, groundmoves of an opponent. Training of an athlete with a sport implement is carried out on the playing field with a controlled light dynamic illumination. Changing the position of the light zones and modes of training is specified by the hardware and software system. A coach or an athlete selects a program defining the mode of training. The light zones or their part marked by the specified colour are forbidden for location of the athlete and/or the sport implement. The forbidden zones imitate the resistance of opponents light and move purposefully. The athlete evaluates the modelled game situation, performs deking and makes groundmoves of forbidden light zones imitating the opponent. Movement of an athlete is recorded by the video camera; the video image is transmitted to the hardware and software system that captures the movements of the athlete, the entering of the athlete and/or sport implement while groundmoves into the forbidden zone. In case of entering of the athlete and/or sport implement into the forbidden zone, the hardware and software system gives light and/or sound signal. In the absence of entering of the athlete and/or sport implement into the forbidden zone in case of successful groundmoves the inertance of the forbidden light zones is reduced till the athlete, performing deking, can not make groundmoves of the simulated opponent.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of control of the training athlete and the ability to change the conditions of the training process, depending on the degree of preparedness.
