FIELD: sport.
SUBSTANCE: interactive training is carried out on the playing field with controlled light-dynamic illumination, which is created by the light emitter of the hardware-software complex that contains a microphone mounted on the athlete, or in the volume of gaming space. The light stimuli and projections of their numbers are periodically simultaneously shown to the athlete on the horizontal or vertical surface controlled by the hardware-software complex. The stimuli are the sequences of paired light pulses separated by interpulse interval, repeated through the constant time interval. The trainee should determine the light stimulus with the largest number for which the fusion of two light pulses in a pair into one is felt subjectively, and to say the number of stimulus in voice. The voice signal is fixed with the microphone of the hardware-software complex that processes it, analyses the load of the athlete and adjusts it, if it is provided by the selected training program.
EFFECT: method enables to improve the efficiency of interactive training with load control during physical education and kinds of sport, which are characterised by a variety of physical actions.
