FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to filtration of process fluids by tubular filtration elements that have inner fine-pore layer secured at outer coarse-pore layer used for gas cleaning and separation. Proposed method consists in forcing acid solution flow through tubular element inner space at pressure that ensures interaction of acid solution with fine-pore layer of tubular element. Hydraulic resistance created by aforesaid outer coarse-pore layer to acid solution flow on dipping the element in water. After processing said inner space by acid solution said space is washed by deaerated water to dry filtration element. Permeability of filtration element of nickel-based material by forcing the flow of 0.3÷0.5%-solution of nitric acid or sulfuric acid through filtration element inner space at the pressure of 1.15×105÷1.25×105 Pa at 18-20°C is increased from (0.28÷0.33)×10-3 to (0.43÷0.53)×10-3 for time whereat loss in mass of fine-pore layer makes 4÷10 g per m2 of porous surface.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of filtration.
