FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is proposed, including methods and systems for adjusting combustion parameters to improve combustion stability under conditions, when condensate formed in a charge air cooler may enter cylinders of an engine. Essence of the invention is that in response to the increased mass air flow and a level of condensate in the charge air cooler engine can perform combustion on a rich air-fuel ratio along with increasing a positive valve overlap.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the stability of combustion.
