FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: normally closed electromagnetic shutoff valve is intended for automatic shutoff of flows of gaseous media in gas lines of gas distributing and gas consumption systems of natural gas. A seat for a trim is made inside the body. A separating tube is connected to the body. A pilot valve is located in the trim. A stock is connected to the pilot valve and a core. A coil, a magnetic conductor and an upper pole are installed on the separating tube. The pole and the core are located in the separating tube. A shell in which a valve control unit is located is installed on the electromagnet flange. A spring is located between the core and the separating tube. An induction pickup of the trim position is installed in the body wall.

EFFECT: available valve control unit and use of only one spring has improved the valve reliability.
