FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: normally open electromagnetic shutoff valve comprises a body with input and output cavities and a seat for a trim, an electromagnet and a cover fixed at the body bases, a trim with a seat for a spool, a spool, first, second and third springs. Stem is located along the trim seat passage axis. The valve is additionally fitted by a valve control unit and a pipe sleeve connected to the trim. The trim is situated in the cavity formed by the body and the cover. The spool is situated in the cavity formed by the trim and the pipe sleeve. Electromagnet armature and the first spring are situated in the electromagnet core. The first spring is placed between the armature face surfaces and the electromagnet core. The second spring is placed between the trim and the cover. The third spring is placed between the spool and the pipe sleeve. The stem is connected to the electromagnet core and can affect the spool.

EFFECT: providing for reliable valve design and reduction of electric energy consumption required for electromagnet.
