EXTERNAL CYCLONE Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC F22B37/26

Abstract RU 2493485 C2

FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: below water level in the lower section of the external cyclone there is an ejector, at the same time condensate is drained along the circuit of condensate drain from the upper section into the specified ejector. Due to water movement in the lower section there is underpressure pulled in the ejector, which results in additional suction of condensate from the condensate drainage circuit, as a result of which condensate may not arrive to the upper section via the condensate drainage circuit.

EFFECT: maintenance of a stable level of condensate in a condensate drainage circuit from an upper section.
