FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The raw materials are represented by sea-buckthorns, snowball tree berries, ashberries, apples, girasol, rheum, Solanaceae, seeds of sunflower, pumpkin and sesame, peanuts and nuts. Fruit and vegetables are sorted according to quality, washed with flowing cold water; vegetables are scalded and peeled. Then the raw materials are milled in a grinder and mixed with sugars at a ratio of 1:1, maintained during 40-60 minutes for juice extraction. The produced mass is conditioned till boiling and strained till a puree-like mass production. Then one performs mixing with milled kernels of seeds and nuts, pectin addition, heating up to a temperature equal to 80°C, moulding, bars cutting in a draw die, pre-drying and sprinkling with starch. One uses the following raw material formulas per 100 kg of the ready product, kg: sea-buckthorns with dry substances weight fraction in the raw materials equal to 8% - 10, snowball tree berries with dry substances fraction in the raw materials equal to 8% - 10, apples with dry substances fraction in the raw materials equal to 10% - 20, girasol with dry substances fraction in the raw materials equal to 22% or rheum or Solanaceae with dry substances fraction in the raw materials equal to 8% - 10, sugar with dry substances fraction in the raw materials equal to 99.9% - 50 or sea-buckthorns with dry substances fraction in the raw materials equal to 10% - 10, ashberries with dry substances fraction in the raw materials equal to 15% - 10, apples with dry substances fraction in the raw materials equal to 10% - 20, seeds of sunflower or pumpkins with dry substances fraction in the raw materials equal to 78.0% - 10, sugar with dry substances fraction in the raw materials equal to 99.0% - 50, or snowball tree berries with dry substances fraction in the raw materials equal to 10% - 10, ashberries with dry substances fraction in the raw materials equal to 15% - 10, apples with dry substances fraction in the raw materials equal to 10% - 20, peanuts or nuts with dry substances fraction in the raw materials equal to 87.0% - 10, sugar with dry substances fraction in the raw materials equal to 99.0% - 50. The sugars are represented by sucrose, glucose, fructose.

EFFECT: invention ensures development of fruit sweets functionality whereof is calculated on the basis of man's daily demand for vegetal food fibres required and their content in the bars components.
