FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method relates to medicine, in particular to surgical herniology. After hernia section and separation of cutaneous-adipose flaps cutaneous-adipose flaps are fixed to aponeurosis through endoprosthesis with uninterrupted multi-stitch, parallel, along wound length, sutures from absorbable suture material. Application of sutures is started inward from preparation boundary. After that, free ends of subcutaneous-adipose cellular tissue flaps are fixed to each other and to aponeurosis through mesh endoprosthesis with central uninterrupted blanket suture. Edges of SACT are matched tightly to each other by means of sutures.
EFFECT: method ensures prevention of wound complications, eliminates wound infection and formation of cavities in wound.
