FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning of ventilation emissions from toxic substances. To remove anhydrous hydrogen fluoride from ventilation gases, fibrous material FIBAN with moisture content of 60-100%. FIBAN A-5 and A-6N fibrous sorbent is used for removal of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride. During anhydrous hydrogen fluoride breakthrough in sorbent, its content is increased not over 2.5-4.0% of its initial magnitude. For catching uranium hexafluoride FIBAN A-5 and FIBAN AK-22 ionite materials are used.

EFFECT: reduced number of cleaning stages.
