FIELD: atomic industry; chemical industry; other industries; methods of neutralization of the fluorine-containing gases.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the atomic industry, in particular, to the production processes of neutralization of the discharge fluorine-containing gaseous mixtures of the separating production. The method includes gating of the gases through the stage of the chemical absorber of the type of the mercerized timber(MT) and-or the calciferous chemical absorber (CCA) at the temperature of 293 - 383°K, and then through zeolite at the temperature of 293 - 308°K. The process is conducted predominantly at the pressure of up to 760 mmHg. The chemical absorber of the MT (the mercerized timber) type contains the alkali metal hydroxide - up to 50 mass %. The used zeolites are of NaA and-or NaX types. The moisture content in the chemical absorber of the MT type should not initially exceed 3 mass %, at that drying is conducted directly in the apparatus at the temperature of 353-383°K. Usage of the method allows in practice completely to trap the fluorinated components of the gaseous mixtures, and also the products of their interaction with the absorbers.

EFFECT: the invention allows in practice completely to neutralize the fluorinated components of the gaseous mixtures and the products of their interaction with the absorbers.
