FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control over vehicle spring mass damping. Proposed system comprises sprung mass damping controller to set the magnitude of sprung mass vibration damping control action in response to vehicle body vibrations caused by road irregularities or the engine torque required by the driver and drive controller. The latter controls output signal of the vehicle drive 20, 30 to generate control action magnitude for control over sprung mass damping. Vehicle drive controller allows or inhibits control over sprung mass damping in compliance with motor temperature for choke control 44, operating conditions of electronic control unit 1, ICE operating conditions 20 and wheels rpm transducers (71FR, 71FL, 71RR, 71RL).
EFFECT: reliable sprung mass damping control.
