FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device that controls quenching of transport facility oscillations. In compliance with first version, absolute value of wheel torque estimation or controlled variable of tractive torque is decreased when slippage increases. In compliance with second version, wheel torque estimation is a negative value when transport facility runs back. In compliance with third version, control over tractive toque on the base of wheel torque estimation is terminated when slippage exceeds preset value or when transport facility runs back. In compliance with fourth version, controlled variable of tractive torque decreases when braking system fails. In compliance with first version, torque estimation device comprises torque estimation unit, wheel slip quantitative parametre estimation unit and wheel torque correction unit. In compliance with second version, wheel torque correction unit corrects wheel torque estimation into the range of negative values when transport facility runs back.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of estimation.
