FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: oscillation damping control system controls the output power of the vehicle drive to suppress swing/bounce oscillations caused by the build-up or bouncing of the vehicle. The device comprises an oscillation damping control unit and a compensation component adjusting unit. The oscillation damping control unit manages the torque of the vehicle so as to reduce the amplitude of the oscillations of swinging/bouncing based on wheel torque applied to the wheels of the vehicle, wheel torque is formed in the location where the wheels are in contact with the road surface. The compensation component adjusting unit reduces the amplitude of the compensation component, which adjusts torque wheel calculated by the oscillation damping control unit so as to suppress the oscillation of swinging/bouncing when the magnitude of the speed change of the vehicle steering angle increases.
