FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: center plate steel core is treated by phosphating composition before coat application. Layer of pasty epoxy composite of two components is applied by contact extrusion. First component consists of epoxy resin, active epoxy diluent, nontoxic aliphatic or aromatic hydroxyl acids whereto added are the mix of antifriction powder and fibrous filler. Second component consists of nontoxic addition compound obtained in interaction aliphatic di- or polyamine with epoxy diane resin and nontoxic di- and or polyatomic alcohol. Both components, that is, resin part and hardening part, are prepared equal in volume and weight immediately before application and applied on center plate steel core and hardened.
EFFECT: high-strength antifriction coat of center plate.
