FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application of antifriction coatings on steel surface, particularly steel core centre plate assembly of car bogie and other friction units. Method comprises preliminary treatment of steel surface phosphatising composition. Method comprises applying on steel surface, using a double-nozzle paint sprayer, an epoxy composite, consisting of two equal by weight and volume of epoxy resin and hardening parts, supplied from different nozzles, immiscible during application, first, resin, consists of low-viscous resin in form of diglycidylaniline and a curing accelerator in form of oxygen in amount of 1 to 5 weight parts per 100 weight parts resin, and second, hardening, is a non-toxic liquid adduct, produced by reaction of para-aminobenzylaniline with diglycidyl ether of polyepichlorohydrin in 10-15 times excess of stoichiometry of para-aminobenzylaniline. Both parts have identical number of antifriction fillers, from 40 weight parts to 200 weight parts on resin and curing part consisting of a mixture of chopped carbon fibres with length from 2 to 30 mm and molybdenum disulphide in ratio from 15:85 to 95:5 and additionally solvents in form of ethyl acetate or butyl acetate in amount of 3 to 15 weight parts per 100 weight parts initial resin and hardening parts evaporating during application and curing.
EFFECT: obtaining high-strength antifriction epoxy coating and faster process for application thereof.
