FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, particularly, to car body supports on the truck, and can be used in repairing and manufacturing car trucks. Center plate assembly of a car truck comprises a center plate and a steel-polymer antifriction insert. Steel core of the insert after treatment with a phosphating composition is applied with an epoxy composite by a dual-nozzle pulverizer, which consists of two equal by weight and by volume parts supplied from different nozzles - epoxy resin and hardening ones mixed during the application, first of which - the resin one - consists of a low-viscous resin - diglycidylanilin and a curing accelerator - oxygen acids - in the amount from 1 to 5 wt% per 100 wt% of the resin, and second - the hardening one - represents a non-toxic liquid adduct produced by interaction of para-aminobenzylaniline with diglycidyl ether of polyepichlorohydrin at 10÷15 times exceedance from the para-aminobenzylaniline stoichiometry, which allows its use with the resin part in equal by weight and by volume amounts, herewith both parts have identical amounts of antifriction fillers, from 40 wt% up to 200 wt% for the resin and the hardening parts consisting of a mixture of chopped carbon fibres with the length from 2 to 30 mm and molybdenum disulfide in the ratio from 15:85 to 95:5 and, additionally, solvents - ethyl acetate or butyl acetate - in the amount from 3 to 15 wt% per 100 wt% of the initial resin and hardening parts evaporating during the application and hardening.
EFFECT: technical result is increased efficiency at application of the antifriction coating in any weather conditions, improved strength properties and deformation heat resistance ensuring improved operational characteristics.
