FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: in a display device during each k-th period (k is an integer from 0 to n), a signal is transmitted to each signal data line (from S1 to S2773), the voltage polarity of the signal being constant, and a display element on which signal recording is completed during the k-th period, is provided in a selected state over a time interval from the (k-1)-th period to the k-th period, while providing conductivity of said display element with respect to the signal data line connected to it, and during each k-th period (1≤k≤n-1), associated with the display working region, a signal can be transmitted to the signal data line (from S1 to S2773) not connected to the display element on which signal recording is completed during the k-th period, said signal being transmitted to said signal data line in the previous (k-1)-th period.
EFFECT: enabling elimination of point non-uniformity arising on the left-side and right-side edges of a display screen in a structure having a display part with chequered arrangement of display elements, during pre-charging using an output signal from a previous line.
