SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The confectionary mixture contains soya flour, buckwheat flour, sugar powder, starch, powdered milk, confectionary fat and holy thistle extraction cake powder. The initial components are used at the following ratio, wt %: soya flour - 10.0-14.0, buckwheat flour - 10.0-14.0, sugar powder - 10.0-14.0, starch 2.0-4.0, powdered milk - 10.0-14.0, confectionery fat - 1.0-2.0, holy thistle extraction cake - 46.0-52.0.
EFFECT: simplification of the technology for production of a confectionary mixture with increased nutritive value.
