FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgery of hiatal hernias, reflux-esophagitis, resistant to conservative therapy. In order to reduce post-operative complications due to increase of mechanical strength of round ligament of liver biomechanical complex is formed, for which purpose framework from mesh prosthesis of tubular shape is placed around from external part of round ligament. Framework is made from titanium nickelide with thread diameter 60-90 mcm. Obtained biomechanical complex is passed behind esophagus and around cardioesophageal transition with formation of "half-loop". It is fixed to anterior wall of stomach with separate interrupted sutures with 8-12 mm interval at 10-20 mm distance from the edge of lesser curvature of stomach.
EFFECT: reduction of post-operative complications.
