FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device to dispense tissue paper from dispenser case composed of flat material, preferably, of cardboard. Said dispenser comprises at least one paper handling section that can bend from said dispenser case. The latter has at least two layers of said flat material at the rear of said handling section. The latter exists only in flat material outer layers to keep flat material layer undamaged and to seal the dispenser case inner space at the area of handling section so that said dispenser makes an integral unit with bent-off handling section. Dispensing opening can be formed in flat material to allow tissue paper to be extracted from said opening.

EFFECT: reliable retention of dispenser in use.
