SUBSTANCE: dispenser (1) of continuous web comprises outer case (2) articulated with rear part (3). Dispenser (1) has compartment (6) between outer case (2) and rear (3) to accommodate continuous web (7) and dispenser (1) web (7) discharge opening (8). Dispenser (1) comprises break-away assembly (11) to divide said continuous web (7) into pieces at displacement through said assembly (11). Opening (8) is spaced by distance L from said assembly (11) to allow the hand to grip web (7) located, completely or partially in the range of the first distance. Additionally, dispenser (1) has recess (24) to the user to grip the web part extending from said opening (8). Note here that said recess (24) is located at least partially in the range of distance L. Note also that it comprises a fastener to attach its rear side to the wall.
