SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a dispensing device and to a method for replenishing the dispenser with a tape-like material. Dispenser (2) for dispensing a sheet of tape material from stack (82) of folded tape material comprises tape material storage section (16) configured to hold and support stack (82) of folded material in the form of a tape as a whole in a vertical direction during the dispensing of the tape-like material; while tape material storage section (16) comprises upper end portion (18) from which the tape material can be withdrawn for dispensing, lower end portion (20), opposite to upper end portion (18) and configured to support stack (82) of folded tape-like material as a whole in a vertical direction (12), at least when the dispensing device is in the said dispensing position, while the said upper end portion (18) and lower end portion (20) are spaced at a constant distance from each other. Lower end portion (20) of tape material storage section (16) comprises charging hole (62) and support system (70) movable between the support position, in which the supporting system extends at least partially above the said charging hole (62), providing the said support of the stack of folded tape material, and the insertion position, in which support system (70) is at least partially withdrawn from the loading hole; while the said support system (70) is movable from the said support position to the said insertion position by pushing stack (82) introduced into the loading hole to support system (70) towards upper end portion (18) of tape material storage section (16).

EFFECT: technical result consists in the possibility of replenishing the dispensing device with folded tape-like material from the lower end of the tape-like folded material.
