SUBSTANCE: clothing of rescuers working under conditions of flying and falling objects of a collapsing object, consisting of a jacket protecting against mechanical impact, a jump suit, a vest and a helmet of a rescuer, at that the protective jacket has a front central board zipper fastener closed with the windscreen valve on the buttons, lateral and vertical slash pockets with zipper fastener, the patch volume pocket for radio set, and a slash pocket with zipper fastener in the shoulder yoke on the left and right, respectively, on the right sleeve there is a slash pocket with a valve, and on the back of the jacket there is an inscription "Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia", and at the bottom the jacket is tied with cord with clamps, the sleeve bottom is processed with a cuff tied with an elastic band and a half-belt with textile buckle, and a faced hood, retractable to the pocket in the collar, has the adjustment on the front cut-out with the use of an elastic cord, and in the chest line, along the bottom of the jacket, in front and on the back, as well as on the bottom of the sleeves the light-reflective strips are sewn, and there is a removable heat-insulation fastened to the sides of the jacket with the zipper fastener, and in front there is the lower patch pockets and the knitted collar, and the jump suit has a zipper fastener closed by the valve on the buttons, and also the stitched straps, the free ends of which are attached to the front upper part with the latch bolts, while below the waist of the jump suit there are side slash pockets with zipper fastener at the level of the chest, on the right there is a slash pocket with zipper fastener, in the knee area there are side slash pockets on textile fastener, and on the right - the pocket for knife, along the waist line there are five belt loops, the knee area and the seat area are reinforced with pads, the bottom of the jump suit has poufs with zipper fastener and cord with a clamp covering boots, and below the knee area the light-reflective strips are sewn, and the removable heat insulation, fastened to the top of the jump suit with buttons, has a zipper, casing with a cord at the waist line, knitted ribs and footstraps, and the vest is made one-piece with textile fastener and has the light-reflective strip at the bottom, and a helmet of type "Cromwell ER1" is made of thermoplastic - highly temperature-resistant, and the visor and glasses - of polycarbonate, the protective jacket is made with a protective sheath, it consists of a fabric liner, connections with protective sheath, and in the fabric liner the elastic frame racks are fixed by retainers on the belt, and the protective sheath is fixed on the elastic frame racks, and the material absorbing the radioactive radiation is used as the material which contains the filler as lead oxide (lead oxide II, IY), and the binder is polyvinyl butyral, ethyl acetate, di-(alkylpolyethyleneglycol) ester of phosphoric acid of the formula where n=6, R is the alkyl group containing 8-10 carbon atoms, and ethyl cellulose with the following ratio of components, wt %: lead oxide II, IX 30.6-56.8; polyvinyl butyral 3.8-10.2; ethyl acetate 14.3-26.5; di-(alkylpolyethyleneglycol phosphoric acid ester) 0.2-0.4; ethyl cellulose - the rest.

EFFECT: increase in efficiency of the rescuer protection under conditions of X-radiation and low temperatures.
