FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Interspinous implant intended to be implanted between two adjacent dorsal spines, each including an upper edge, a lower edge and two opposed lateral faces, configured be implanted on side of only one side surface of said spinous processes due to presence of at least one main part, having dimensions, suitable for maintenance or recovery of distance between adjacent edges of said two spinous processes, and comprising at least two wings, extending so that at least a part of each wing lies along at least a part of one lateral face of one of two spinous processes, and additionally comprises at least one retainer, designed to retain main part of implant between said two spinous processes. Implant comprises at least one passage, extending through at least one part of main part from one lateral face to another. Said retainer comprises at least one inserted element, comprising at least one curved plate, held in main part. Said passage has shape, size and orientation, supplementing shape, size and orientation of said inserted element, so as to provide movement of curved plate of said inserted element through said passage without deformation on side of same lateral face, as said main part, so that at least part of said curved plate extends beyond said passage along at least part of at least one lateral face of said main part of opposite to lateral face comprising said wings.
EFFECT: invention reduces invasiveness while maintaining high stability when placed between spinous processes.
