SUBSTANCE: invention relates to apparatus for post-treatment of tap water, artesian water, well water and other drinking water. The apparatus has, arranged in series in one longitudinal vessel, a water freezing zone with an annular freezing chamber, a zone for forcing out impurities from the ice front and concentrating impurities in form of brine, a zone for converting water from solid state to liquid state with an annular heating element, separate pipes for removing impurities in form of brine and thawed drinking water, arranged in the bottom part of the vessel, a driving device for moving the core of frozen water in form of a ring with a threaded inner surface and with a rotary gear drive on the outer surface, as well as a releasing device in form of a pipe with an annular cutting part. An additional cylinder with a vibrator is mounted in the water freezing zone on flexible members, wherein the inner surface of the cylinder has a thread in the direction of movement of the core of frozen water.

EFFECT: high efficiency and degree of purity of water.
