SUBSTANCE: water purifier for producing melted drinking water includes, arranged in series in one longitudinal vessel 1, a water freezing area with an annular freezer 2, an area for displacing impurities from the ice front and concentrating impurities in the form of brine, an area for converting water from a solid state to a liquid state with an annular heating element 13, separate pipes for outlet of impurities in the form of brine and melted drinking water 12, located in the lower part of the vessel 1, a drive for moving the rod 3 of frozen water, as well as a releasing device in the form of a pipe 11 with an annular cutting part. The drive for moving the rod 3 of frozen water is in the form of a piston 4 with a rod with a linear actuator. The piston 4 has openings 6 for feeding water into the freezing area. The longitudinal vessel 1 has a cover 7, at the centre of which there is a screw joint 8 with the rod 5 of the piston 4, and around the periphery there is a gear mesh 14 linked to a drive reducing gear.

EFFECT: invention improves efficiency of water purification and degree of purity of water.
