FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tertiary treatment of whatever partially fit drinking water. Proposed device has one lengthwise vessel 1 accommodating water freezing zone with annular freezing chamber 2, zone of impurity displacement from ice front and impurity concentration in the form of brine, zone of water transfer from solid state into liquid state with annular heating element 11, separate branch pipes to discharge brine 9 and melt drinking water 12 arranged at vessel bottom, device to drive frozen water rod 3 made up of ring 4 with threaded inner surface and toothed rotation drive 6 on outer surface, as well as disengaging gear 7 made up of tube with circular cutting section. In water freezing zone on lengthwise vessel inner wall, thread is made to allow frozen water rod to displace there along. Thread turns start at water freezing zone beginning to terminate at zone of ring with threaded inner surface.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and higher quality of water.
