FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for post-treatment of tap, artesian, well and other conditionally potable water. Water purifier comprises sequentially arranged in one longitudinal vessel water freezing zone with an annular freezing chamber, zone of impurity displacement from ice front and concentration of impurities in form of brine, zone of turning water from solid state into liquid with an annular heating element, separate branch pipes to discharge said brine and melt drinking water, located in lower part of vessel, drive for moving frozen water rod in form of a ring with a thread on inner surface and toothed rotation drive on outer surface, as well as disengaging gear in form of a tube with an annular cutting part, according to invention, in water freezing zone there is an additional cylinder arranged to rotate about its axis on ball bearings, said cylinder having a rotary drive in form of a gear, wherein on inner surface of cylinder there is a thread in direction of movement of frozen water rod.
