FIELD: railway transport; permanent way.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanization of works in track facilities and it can be used when assembling track skeleton with reinforced concrete ties with fastenings provided with hook bolts. Proposed device for tightening nuts of hook bolts of rail fastenings has nut runners with socket wrenches mounted on portal frame and installed on spindles for travel along spindles under action of power cylinders and including a holder. Sockets are made on end face surface of each holder uniformly over circumference in which cylindrical rollers are fitted for engagement with pusher, and cone-catcher. Holes are made in each holder between sockets with rollers to accommodate spring members installed in upper part of holder between pushers and fixed in middle part for radial displacement, and their free ends are bent according to cone-catcher. Holes for spring members are made stepped, upper part of each hole corresponds to upper part of spring member, and lower part is made in from of radial slot. Radial holes with thread are made on side surface of holder passing through each radial slot. Pin with hole to accommodate spring member is fitted in each radial hole. Each pin is tightened up by adjusting screw. Invention makes it possible to catch nut of hook bolt by socket wrench of each spindle, lift bolt to fit its square section part into rectangular hole of embedded washer in tie subsequent turning on nut to required torque by means of cylindrical rollers in wrench holder.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and capacity.
