FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and can be used in cleaning pipes in a well with scrapers specially designed for this purpose during current and overhaul of wells. In order to implement method of cleaning inner cavity of well pipes, wells are lowered into tubing string and scraper is lifted on flexible link by means of drive. Said scraper is equipped with protruding knives to deposit on inner side of cleaned pipes. Descent and lifting are carried out at speed of 0.1–5.0 m/s and constant control of change of suspension weight with scraper. When weight changes by 1–2 scraper weight, direction of movement is changed to the opposite one and speed of movement is reduced to 0.01–0.9 m/s. In the absence of weight change when moving to one side, the stroke in this direction is limited to 5–10 m. After complete cleaning interval of scraper is moved to another interval for cleaning or removed from well.
EFFECT: technical result is elimination of emergency situations associated with jamming of scrapers, due to constant monitoring of weight change during descent and when lifting scrapers, as well as broader functional capabilities due to passage of blind plugs.
