These modulation devices are arranged on the way of signal propagation between devices (110) for electromagnetic signal emission and material (150), and are meant for spatial division of emitted electromagnetic signal. The second devices (140) for modulation of electromagnetic signal with frequency Fm2 are arranged on the way of signal propagation between material (150) and devices (130) for electromagnetic signal reception and meant for spatial division of emitted electromagnetic signal having passed material.
