SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical diagnostics. System for identifying at least one analyte in body fluid such as blood and/or interstitial fluid, in particular for determination of glucose level in blood, is made with possibility of generation of body fluid sample and at least partial transfer of said sample into at least one test element into the area of testing by means of lancet, made in form of at least partially open capillary. Sample volume constitutes less than 1 mcl. System is made in such a way that period of time between sample generation and application on test element constitutes less than 1 s, preferably less than 500 ms. Versions of system, differing in constructive implementation, are disclosed.
EFFECT: increased accuracy due to elimination of influence on results of change of sample amount.
