FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to injecting moulding of multicomponent metals. Process is executed in injection moulding machine including heated cylinder with temperature gradient over its length. Multicomponent metal mix including first and second components is used for injection moulding. Second component fusion point exceeds that of the first component. Said first and second fusion points are selected in compliance with temperature gradient over cylinder length so that, in feed said mix in said machine, first component fuses earlier than second one. In fusing said mix liquid-to-solid phase ratio is kept in the range of 5-30%.
EFFECT: possibility of processing the metal mix at the narrow temperature interval, higher articles quality.
