SUBSTANCE: method includes alloy feeding into facility for injection casting with heated cylinder, alloy movement by channel for melt by means of screw feeder, alloy heating, accumulation of alloy volume in accumulative part of cylinder, alloy temperature control in accumulative part, close to the liquidus temperature, alloy injection into casting form of beforehand configure, alloy solidification and receiving of product with form, close to defined. Maximal content of solid phase in alloy before injection is less than 3%.

EFFECT: mechanical properties increasing of casting.
