FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to elevator safety devices. Elevator 10 comprises brake system 13, drive 11, and brake control device 11. In control over brake system 13, first signal kb for brake system release is received. Elevator run first signal af is received. After application of first run signal af should cause generation of first brake release signal kb, the procedure being properly controlled. Note here that said signal kb appears after brake of brake system 13 is released. In case brake release signal kb is received outside of time window tA relay circuit 103 is activated to break elevator safety circuit 20 or that of control circuit of elevator drive control device 12.
EFFECT: higher safety.
