SUBSTANCE: vibration flow meter comprises a pipeline (210), at least one metering converter (230, 231), a driving element (250); at least one drive (220) and a base (260). The pipeline (210) determines the path of fluid medium flow. At least one metering converter (230, 231) measures movement of the pipeline (210). At least one drive (220) vibrates the pipeline (210) and the driving element (250) in reversed phase in reversed phase. The base (260) is connected with the pipeline (210) and the driving element (250) and switches between the condition that is substantially fixed or the motion substantially in the phase with the pipeline (210), or the motion substantially in the phase with the driving element (250), in order to balance the motion of the pipeline (210) and the driving element (250).
