FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: ultrasonic flowmeter to measure flow rate of fluid medium in a pipeline is proposed. In one of the implementation examples of the present invention the ultrasonic flowmeter comprises a branch pipe fitted by a through hole and a transducer channel leading to the through hole. Also, the ultrasonic flowmeter comprises a piezoelectric module with a piezoelectric cell. Additionally the transducer unit comprises a transformer module with a transformer. The transformer module is connected to the piezoelectric module. Additionally the transducer unit comprises a receiving module connected to the transformer module. The receiving module comprises a receiver casing and a receiver set in the receiver casing coaxially to it. The receiver is electrically connected to the trasnformer. Additionally the receiver can turn in respect to the receiver casing between the first and second positions.
EFFECT: improved operation and maintenance reliability as well as higher quality of ultrasound signal.
