SUBSTANCE: prismatic film has a non-composite prismatic film having a retroreflecting base which includes a plurality of triangular cube corners of retroreflecting elements, formed integrally with a smooth surface, a first base lying on at least part of the smooth surface on which light falls, a second base lying between the first base and the smooth surface on which light falls, and a metal-coated layer deposited on at least part of the retroreflecting base. Retroreflecting elements are inclined and the depth of the cube elements is in the range from 50.8 to 203.2 mcm.
EFFECT: improved optical and mechanical operational characteristics of sheet material.
