SUBSTANCE: molecule of carbon nano-bud, comprising at least one fullerene part bonded covalently to the side surface of the tubular carbon molecule, is used for interaction with electromagnetic radiation in the device, where the interaction with electromagnetic radiation occurs through relaxation and/or excitation of the molecule of carbon nano-bud.
EFFECT: obtaining of a new degree of optical and optoelectronic devices based on the use of tubular carbon molecules functionalised with fullerenes.
