METHOD OF PREDICTING FORMATION OF COMPLICATIONS IN CASE OF HYPERACTIVE URINARY BLADDER IN CHILDREN Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC A61B8/06

Abstract RU 2497455 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to urology, and can be used in treatment of hyperactive urinary bladder in children. For this purpose laser Doppler flowmetry of blood microcirculation in zone of perineum is carried out. Patient is in quiet state for 15 minutes before examination, and tested area is not covered. Internal surface of right shoulder is selected as intact point, and perineum is selected as point of regional blood flow. Measurements in examination points are carried out for 30 seconds, at the same room temperature 21-24°°C. After that, variation coefficient Cv is calculated by formula: Cv=σ/M×100%, where M is arythmetic mean value of microcirculation parameter; σ is average fluctuation of perfusion relative to value M. Value Cv of norm parameters is determined as equal 14.03±0.8. If Cv is higher in comparison with the norm, absence of complications is predicted, if it is lower than the norm, complicated course of hyperactive urinary bladder is predicted.

EFFECT: method ensures prediction of formation of complications in children in case of said pathology due to identifies interrelation of urodynamics impairment and organ microcirculation in detrusor.
