FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal attachment of coating with substrate. Proposed device comprises vessel for particle layers fluidised by gas flow equipped with gas feed control valve, diffusion grate, layer of particles. Elastic web, gas feed system and pressure member. Said vessel has internal zone composed of heating box in size smaller than said vessel and located at its center. Said heating box comprises gas feed control valve, diffusion grate and gas feed system isolated from vessel appropriate components related therewith. Heating box additionally comprises heaters arranged the layer of particles.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of thermal attachment of coating with substrate.
