FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: mounting of inner insert of turbine casing of gas-turbine unit implies installation of upper part of the inner insert in the turbine cover and the lower part of the inner insert - in the turbine casing. The lower part of the inner insert is cut into at least six unequal fragments. The fragments of the inner insert lower part are put into the turbine casing and attached to each other by preinstalled mounting components. The joints of the said fragments are welded to each other and then the mounting components are removed from the said fragments. The upper part of the inner insert is installed on its lower part with both parts being aligned in relation to each other by means of centring units.
EFFECT: invention allows for the decrease of labour content and improvement of mounting quality of inner insert of gas-turbine unit turbine casing.
