FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: when mounting inner inserts of a turbine casing of a gas compressor unit, upper and lower inner inserts are installed into the turbine casing via a horizontal slot and a combustion chamber. Prior to mounting the lower insert is cut horizontally into the top part connected to the upper insert and the bottom part cut vertically as per symmetry axes into four fragments with further assembly. The horizontal cut of the lower insert is made above the clamp bands of the turbine casing, and the dimensions of the produced parts allow for the installation of the top part of the lower insert without the turbine casing clamp being demounted.
EFFECT: invention allows for the simplification of inner insert mounting beyond the factory and for the reduction of labour content.
