SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to medicine, and describes a tablet containing at least first and second active ingredients, wherein the first active ingredient is specified in antihistamines, sympathomimetics (decongestants), antitussives and expectorants specified in chlorpheniramine, brompheniramine, dexchlorpheniramine, dexbrompheniramine, triprolidine, diphenhydramine, doxylamine, tripelennamine, cyproheptadine, carbinoxamine, bromdiphenhydramine, phenindamine, pyrilamine, azatadin, pseudoephedrine, phenylpropanolamine, phenylephrine, caramiphen, dextromethorphan, codeine, and wherein the first active ingredient is presented in the form of an anhydrous granulate, and the second active ingredient which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug being a propionic acid derivative presented in the form of either granules, or a granulate (either aqueous, or anhydrous) prepared by melt extrusion, wherein the above forms of the first and second active ingredients are mixed, optionally with other excipients and formed as a tablet. What is also presented as a method for preparing the tablet.
EFFECT: invention provides higher disintegration rate and ensured the interaction of the pharmaceutically active ingredients that provides higher stability.
