FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises blank deformation by application of drag force and extra shear strain applied at a time by rotation. Costs of production of wire with physical-mechanical properties increased by higher accumulated strain is ensured by that shear strain is set by specified variation of lead angle of rotation helix. Note here that lead angle of rotation helix is set for one pass to 2°-10° at total lead angle of not over 50 degrees.

EFFECT: lower costs, better physical-mechanical properties.
