FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of bulky powder by selective sintering via electromagnetic irradiation. Powder comprises polymer or copolymer that features at least one of the following structural characteristics: (i) at least one branched group in polymer or copolymer main chain proved that in case simple PAEK are used said branched group makes an aromatic structural link in said main polymer or copolymer chain; (ii) modification of at least one end group of the main polymer or copolymer chain; (iii) at least one bulk group in the polymer or copolymer chain provided that in case simple PAEK are used said branched group is not selected from the group consisting of phenylene, biphenylene, naphthalene and CH2 or isopropylidene-bonded aromatic ompunds; (iv) at least one aromatic group bonding in nonlinear way said main chain. Note here that said polymer or copolymer is produced on the basis of polyamide, PAEK, polyester, polystyrene, polyolefin, polyaryl estersulfone, polyphenilethylenesulphide, polyvinylidene fluoride, phenol ether resin, polyimide or block-copolymer which includes at least of said polymers.
EFFECT: better mechanical properties of finished products.
