FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: reinforcing frame made of carbon-carbon composite material is in form of a four-directed spatial structure with a hexagonal transverse-isotropic layout of reinforcing elements. The reinforcing elements are used twisted carbon fibres. The layout of transverse layers is made of fibres (7) with linear density γt=(300-420) tex, and the hexagonal layout is made of fibres (8) with linear density γg=(3÷4)·γt. The distance between the closest reinforcing elements in each transverse layer is equal to the thickness of the fibre with linear density γg, and the distance between transverse layers of the same direction is equal to 2δ, where δ is the thickness of the fibre with linear density γt.
EFFECT: high density of the reinforcing frame and improved operational properties of carbon-carbon composite material.
